Glore MillThe Wild Wreath Night
Making the saille rod wreath is a tradition here at the Glore Mill. Participants bring a large bag of cut greens from a variety of evergreens and perennials. They often save their willow base circle from year to year. A bag of small cable ties is helpful for making the wreath bundles. Thin wire is provided. Extra willow wreath circles are made available. If you are a new student there is a once off charge of ten euro for the night. New students also bring their own greenery. There is always plenty to go around. Returning students bring along food to share and evergreens galore. This year two wreath making nights will take place on Thursday, November 29th and Thursday, December 6th from 8-10 pm.
