Glore Mill Wild Soul Drawing & Clay Modeling
Two new bronze sculptures in Kiltimagh are the result of starting with an idea and knowing how to convey the basic proportions of the figure in action. Sally will help you begin to understand proportions and then translate your drawing into an oil base clay model. Supplies are provided. This is the same process used at the start of making a lifesize bronze figure.
Please bring a light lunch. A tea & scone break and beverages will be provided. Choose Nov. 15th or 22nd from 10:00-4:30pm. A Saturday class will be held for young adults on Sat. Oct. 20th and 27th. Age 11 to 18. Oil base clay does not yield a permanent product, it is for the experience of learning and its malleability that it is used.
