Directions By Car
From Dublin Airport take the N4 to Longford, in Longford take
the N5 going left up the hill to Charlestown, stay on the N5 through
Charlestown , on the right is the exit to Swinford immediately after
it on the left is an exit marked R320 to Kiltimagh. Turn left drive
4.3 miles about eight minutes. As you pass over the Glore River Bridge
you will see a sign for the Glore Mill Art Centre, turn right, the Centre
is one tenth of a mile up. Driving time from Dublin approx. 3 and ˝
hours.
From Shannon Airport take the N18 through Ennis and follow the
signs to Galway. At Oranmore there is a bypass around Galway to
ClareGalway. Turn right at the N17 junction to Tuam. After passing through
Tuam continue past Claremorris and take the Knock exit & turn left
to Kiltimagh about 4 miles. After you enter Kiltimagh turn right onto

From Knock, Claremorris, Balla
Continue through till the end of Main Street, Kiltimagh. At the intersection
there is a Shell Petrol Station. Turn right at the Shell Station and
continue left around the curve pass the shrine for 1.2 miles about three
minutes. When you see the Mint green bungalow on the right slow down
and make an immediate turn left at the Glore Mill Art Centre sign .
The Centre is one tenth of a mile up. If you pass over the Glore Mill
Bridge you will have missed it, turn around safely at your next driveway
on the left. Driving time from Shannon Airport approx. 2 and ˝ hours.
From Knock Airport leave the parking lot, go to the roundabout,
continue right to highway N17, continue on this road past Kilkelly until
you reach the Kiltimagh turn off. Turn right approx. 3.5 miles down
you will enter Kiltimagh turn right onto the main street continue on
with the directions above from Knock. Drive time from the Knock
airport is approx. twenty minutes by taxi.
From Castlebar and Westport take the N5 to Kiltimagh at the Bohola
intersection turn right, continue straight on about 8minutes to the
intersection of the Swinford Road (YOU WILL TURN LEFT BEFORE YOU ENTER
KILTIMAGH ) at the Shell Petrol station turn left continue left 1.2
miles, turn left again immediately past the mint green bungalow at the
Glore Mill Art Centre sign. The Centre is one tenth of a mile up.
Driving time from Castlebar (N5) is approx 25 minutes, from Westport
( N60 and the N5) is 45-50 minutes.

From Dublin Airport
From Dublin Airport Take the citylink shuttle directly to the main bus
station. Bus times vary. Try to get an express to Swinford. Taxi from
Swinford is 10minutes to the Art Centre.
Directions By Rail
From Dublin, Heuston Station
Take the Westport destination train. The nearest station to Kiltimagh
is Ballyhaunis. From this station Glore Mill Folláin Art Centre is 20
minutes by taxi.

Station. Taxies are also available.
Aer Arann has a flight to Kiltimagh arriving at the Knock Airport in
the evening.
